Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PropPrizm ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
PropPrizm provides sports statistics, predictive modeling, and prop bet analysis tools for informational and entertainment purposes only. The Service aggregates publicly available data and applies statistical models to generate projections and edge analysis.
3. Not Gambling Advice
PropPrizm is not a gambling service and does not provide financial, legal, or gambling advice. All projections, model outputs, and edge analyses are for informational and entertainment purposes only. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on information from this Service.
PropPrizm makes no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of any data or projection provided.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using PropPrizm, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
5. User Accounts
Some features require account creation. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
6. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute data from the Service without written permission
- Attempt to reverse-engineer the underlying models or algorithms
- Share account credentials with others
- Use automated bots or scripts to access the Service
- Circumvent any access controls or usage limits
7. Intellectual Property
All content, models, UI design, and branding on PropPrizm are the exclusive property of PropPrizm. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
8. Third-Party Data
PropPrizm relies on third-party data sources including but not limited to MLB Statsapi, Baseball Savant, and sportsbook APIs. We are not responsible for errors, omissions, or delays in third-party data.
9. Advertising
PropPrizm offers a free tier supported by advertising, alongside the optional paid subscription described in Section 10. We display ads served by third-party vendors, including Google AdSense. Your interaction with ads is governed by those vendors' own terms and privacy policies. See our Privacy Policy for details on advertising cookies and how to opt out of personalized ads.
10. Subscriptions and Billing
What Pro is. PropPrizm offers an optional paid subscription ("Pro") that unlocks additional features, including live sportsbook prices, de-vigged fair value and the EV+ board. A free tier remains available and does not require payment.
Free trial. We may offer a free trial period, shown to you at checkout. During the trial you have full Pro access and are not charged. We collect your payment details when the trial starts, and unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription converts automatically to a paid subscription and the first charge is taken on the day the trial ends. You may cancel at any point during the trial from the Subscription section of your profile, and you will not be charged. Trials are limited to one per account.
Billing. Pro is billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis at the price shown at checkout, beginning at the end of any free trial. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card details. By subscribing you authorise us, through Stripe, to charge your payment method on each renewal date until you cancel.
Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before that period ends. The renewal charge is the price in effect at the time of renewal.
Cancelling. You may cancel at any time from the Subscription section of your profile, which opens our payment provider's billing portal. Cancellation stops future charges. Your Pro access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which the account reverts to the free tier. You do not need to contact us to cancel.
Refunds. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law, or where we choose to issue a refund at our discretion. Cancelling part-way through a billing period does not entitle you to a partial refund for the remainder of that period, since access continues for the period paid for. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at propprizm@gmail.com and we will review it.
Failed payments. If a payment fails, we may retry it and may suspend or downgrade Pro access until payment succeeds.
Price changes. We may change the subscription price. Any change applies from your next billing period, and we will give you reasonable notice by email or in the Service beforehand so you can cancel first if you prefer.
No guarantee of outcome. Paying for Pro does not change Section 3. A subscription buys access to data and analysis tools. It is not a prediction of results, and nothing about it guarantees any betting outcome or profit.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. PropPrizm does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that projections will be accurate.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PropPrizm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including any losses incurred from betting decisions made in reliance on data from this Service.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will note the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
